DETOX!

Detox is a necessity considering our different lifestyles and diet. Don't underestimate the power of a healthy detox. Our body cleans itself, detoxifies itself when the need arrives, that is one good reason you have to DRINK ENOUGH WATER DAILY. You can drink up to 2L/3L of water in a day aside your meals which also contains water and urinate to get the toxins out of your system. It is better you drink during the day so you don't have to wake too often to urinate at night.


✔ WATER DETOX

Water purifies, hydrates your skin. For some people it is really hard drinking water due to the fact that water has no taste like other drinks. You can spice up your water to make it more attractive and tasty.

  • WATER

  • LIME

  • LEMON

  • CUCUMBER

  • MINT LEAVES (squeeze)

  • Cut all in smaller pieces, put all ingredients in a bowl or a jar and add 2L of water. You can add ice cubes or store in the fridge for 24hrs. You can also add hot water and drink it like a tea first thing in the morning.
